New Book 911 LoveRS, covers every variant from the original 911R to the current 911R, lots of good pics and helpful format. Quite a large book though.

Its a insult to have the two cars in the same book,a serious excercise to make a genuine low weight racer and a pretender overweight nothing like a r ,but purely a marketing model, shame really.

Looks great, adding to the birthday list now santa has been and gone!

I have Ingo Seiff Portrait of a Legend (c 1985) which is very large and has some fantastic pictures. There seems to be lots on ebay for not a lot of money.

I added this to my wish list just before Christmas also..... should be receiving it in a couple of days. Looks like a nice piece for the coffee table, and an interesting read.

Exactly this!
I could have pulled an extra 200kg out of this behemoth without much trouble. For Porsche and their nigh on limitless budget, they could have done wondrous things to pay homage to the true Daddy. Opportunity lost but an inkling into just what PAG has become today. Sadly the game is over for those looking for a yesteryear reincarnation.

Yes, from the beginning. Current issue has s fascinating article on the real authorship of the 904 and 911. Highly recommended.
