BA Amex card

Geting onto the Meerkat site to get a 0% transfer to my Amex card and the application wont accept it as there are only 15 digits and not 16

Anyway around this?

When I did a balance transfer from my Amex to Barclaycard I couldn't do it online, I had to ring BC and they had to manually transfer the money over to Amex (I needed to get acct number and sort code etc). This was due to the lack of digits on the Amex card so it might be a manual process.
