What's happened to Marmite?

Opened a new jar of Marmite today.......... Except that it's not the same as the last one! The new one contains a 'browner' substance (the same colour as the 'squeezy' marmite I tried and rejected a coupe of years ago.) The good' old, nearly black marmite seems to be no more? The old one was BB April 2018, so hadn't been hanging around for years. On examining the 'nutrients' some have gone up in content, and others down (I guess that's rational) - It's obviously different!!
