Fiat Panda is about the smallest 4wd out there but unlikely to have all the luxuries.You shouldn't need parking sensors or reversing camera on such a small car.
Even if you can't find one with a satnav, it should be easy enough to mount your own. I've mounted a second satnav in my Swift by removing the rubber part of the suction cup from the satnav mount (push out a pin) and using a circle of 3M VHB tape to attach the rubber-less mount to the dash top.
Regarding heated seats: you can buy heated pads that plug into the 12v socket.
