3D printing this ?

Anyone good with 3D printing and can give an opinion on printing this ? I guess its ABS plastic , not sure.
Approx size is 35mm x 40mm. Only one needed , so any idea of cost ?

Extruded plastic isn't awfully strong, so you might be better getting a commercial place to make it anyway, they have better methods of additive manufacturing.

It doesn't need to really be that strong as such, it's just a handle for a scissor type factory fitted car jack. It will probably never be used in its life, as its all part of a nut and bolt restoration of my car where even the jack has been disassembled and painted etc.
The center bore ( approx 10mm ) has a short step down in diameter to around 8mm in the middle for 3-4mm in length. This so it slides on the roundbar handle that has a matching indent for it to spin freely on.

While the original won't come up that often ( there is one for sale at 90 Euro ) I did find what looks to be the same part on a £5 jack from another model where everything else is wrong. The problem would be removing it as even removing mine with a split in it resulted in chewing it up where it wouldn't slot back into place on the handle.
Can you buy the other "spares" jack, cut the steel part of the handle with a hacksaw leaving 10 to 20 mm and then put the remaining knob with short bit of handle on a nice flat surface and gently knock the shaft through ? Saves grabbing or holding the knob in a vice or with pliers.
If needed you can put a socket or bit of wood with a hole through to let the bit of shaft out all the way while keeping the knob flat.
