PlayStation store issue (with credit card)

I purchased a new game yesterday online using my credit card with no issues, just seen another game I want to get and now it is saying there is a problem with my credit card and I need to check the information I used (which is all ok).
Anyone else had this problem, and how do you fix it? TIA
