No nothing to do with the Chancellor for a change.
Woke up this morning, expecting the doom and gloom of grey skies and rain, as forecast. ( how do these people keep a job??? )but no, a cloudless sky and warmth, mmm.
So methinks, loads to do indoors, lawns to be mowed etc, better get on with it. Ah but her Ladyship is working and I need some fags. Just round the corner, wont take 5 mins. Better take the roof off, just to make sure it is all ok, bit like a road test for LT.
Up-shot is I spent several hours just driving. Stopped at a little country pub, had a Stella, and sat and watched the world stare at Di's car before going by. At one point I prevoked the interest of Volvo traffic cop, but managed to use a few back doubles before he could follow.
Arrived home feeling at peace with the world and even philosophical about the world of pain I am about to enter when Di finds I have done sweet F*** all.
And yes I did get my fags, worth every penny.

Moral of my story is that its for these moments you get a Tusc. Priceless !!!!!

Tony, Di's one time prob now redundant butler.

For all other pleasures there must be a masterplan, to see the look on everybody's faces it's "priceless"

Know exactly what you mean Tony. A loaf a bread can be very expensive these days..................

Having said that, I would be morfified if my missus nicked the car and went joy riding while I was hard at work, so Di should by now have received a text from "a wellwisher" grassing you up.
