Getting guitar tuition? Bristol Rock Centre?
Discussion
I have played guitar on/off for around 15 years (I'm 30), mostly self taught (i had a few lessons while i was in school).
Ive been putting a fair amount of practice in over the last year (around 2 Hours a day) to hopefully become decent enough to play in a heavy rock/metal band which is my goal!
I have been using justinguitar.com which has helped lots, however i feel a "real" tutor is probably what i now need?
Having had a google i have found a place which looks reputable, http://www.bristolrockcentre.co.uk
If anyone has any experience with these guys.
My other thoughts are how frequent a lesson is recommended?, is a hour lesson a week best? or every other week?
Being that I'm not a complete novice and know the basics.
I don't mind paying a reasonable amount to get to a decent standard, as i have a fair collection of gear and just really want to be able to play it to a good standard.
I know there a good few keen guitarists on here, so just looking for any advice regarding tuition.
