Related to data cleansing, we are going through our database and calling many of our older contacts to check if they still want to hear from us and if they do, do we have their correct details.
This job is essentially just calling people all day long. The challenge for us has been that finding staff to do this has been problematic. All the temps we have used last a few weeks at the most as it's so repetitive.
Outsourcing seems ideal but how realistic is this?
