Hello

My other half and I have plenty of weekend hobbies, including Hill Climbs and Sprints. However, during the week I find that we end up like couch potatoes watching an endless stream of dross on TV.
(That is of course when we're not like insatiable lust fuelled bunnies)

We don't have kids.

I do have an Xbox but it's hardly sociable.

So beyond boxsets and sex... any suggestions for other hobbies? Preferably ones that won't break the bank and are do-able post work.

Thanks

What about sports? Join the local table tennis or badminton club or something?

Golf.? Midweeks can be nice and quiet. If new to it ,you can arrange lessons for the pair of you together.

Walking, badminton and tennis for us, also considering dance classes (it'll train my cardiovascular system and agility and she'll enjoy it). For less active stuff, we do talk a lot about various things but we're toying with the idea ('scuse the pun) of getting some board games in. It's a bit OAP but it gets us off technology.

Cycling in the summer (but buy wisely, avoid mail order BSOs)

I've taken up a whole load of activities/hobbies etc.rock climbing, swordfighting, lockpicking, fellrunning, swimming, archery, kayaking and way more. There are literally hundreds of things out there, just have to find something that motivates you.

What I have found is what you expect things to be like is often completely incorrect.

Here are some interesting ones to have a go at: http://dwyt.co/

Do you have to do everything together?

I was discussing this yesterday - don’t you need some space and non shared social life?

Permanently linked couples are always a bit weird (and more likely to split!).
