Where to find a talented coder with automotive interest?

I’m looking for a coder, ideally very experienced with meteor (JavaScript) etc. Can anybody make a suggestion where one might hang out?
PPH just seems to act like a call center with applications bearing no resemblance to the brief!

The only coding Talent I know with an automotive interest are a small team I know in Romania who code for BMW.

I'm thinking my son but, as he's only 8 and has only just started Code Club, I guess he's a bit too young and a little light on the talent front at this stage! :-p

I've an automotive interest, and have done JavaScript but I mostly specialise in PHP/backend stuff?
