Bodyshop recommedations

Hiya,

I almost owned my TVR 24hrs before needing a bodyshop but unfortunately a little mishap in the car park at Goodwood means I now need a little bodywork done on the front. Its nothing huge just a repair to the o/s/f inboard of the indicator lens. Im absolutely gutted, I wasnt even in the car :S My main concern is getting it repaired properly, I can find plenty of bodyshops that will pug it up only for it to start cracking after 6 months or make a hash up of the colour so im asking if anyone can recommend anywhere near to Brighton / Gatwick.

Furnhusrt [phone] use a body shop close to them. I had some work carried out on mine by them and it came back looking like new, not a drop of overspray in sight and has stayed looking like new for the past 3 years, no a cracks and the paint match was spot on.

Its further than you asked, but Burd Autos in Brentford (just by M4 at Chiswick roundabout) are very good -- have done 3 small parking jobs on 2 of my TVR's and 1 full respray ... highly recommended

I heard about your mishap on Sunday - really sorry to hear about it. I hope you get it sorted quickly.

I've not had any bodywork done by them, but Austec in Crawley do my servicing and upgrade work and have always been great.

They now have a dedicated bodyshop facility and so it may be worth giving them a call...
