OPC Tonbridge vs West Sussex for service / warranty

Need to get car serviced and warranty extended.

Car will be closest to Tonbridge and West Sussex, both of which are new to me.

Recommendations / feedback on either would be really appreciated.

I have used both over the years and both are fine. I have been using mid sussex for last 12 years as they are only about 1 mile away from me and I cannot fault them. I used Tonbridge for a few years back in early 2000's and had no problems though personnel will no doubt have changed over that ti e.

Tonbridge is my local they have done all my service and warranty work for last 6 cars over 10 years and I haven't really got a bad word to say. Very good service desk.

Recently bought a car from a chap who bought/sold/serviced all his Porsches (a very, very good customer of theirs....) at Tonbridge. OPC.

When I got the car check over, they had completely omitted to do the "additional" servicing of spark plugs/air filter and PDK gearbox oil, when required by the age criteria (low mileage car).

He was not best pleased, plus this was a good negotiating lever for me (it was over by about 6 months, but still....), so he ended up paying twice over for something he did not receive himself.

Have been using Tonbridge since 2002. Always found them very good.

Mid-Sussex was my local until a few years ago and all good. I've used Tonbridge regularly for the last 8 years and have usually been great and transparent on the costs. They are always pretty booked up so give plenty of notice if you want the new GT3 loan car...

Many thanks. All booked in with Tonbridge. They're collecting it so apparently no deal re loan car. May ask for a test drive another day though.
