I always have the window open in the bedroom and im wondering if thats drying me out lol? Would a dehumidifer help? Im always nasally anyway, never have a clear nose but i dont know if thats why

You need a steam humidifier rather than a dehumidifier which will dry it out even more. I had a eye infection years ago which caused very dry eyes at night. I got a steam humidifier and did improve it a little. However, they have to be cleaned, descaled and sterliased regularly which is a pain in the arse. They are also hard to control and ours caused huge wet streaks down the wall where the steam condensed against the colder outside wall.

Do you sleep with the heating on? We never have it on after about 8pm and sleep with the windows open even on the coldest of nights but I still sometimes wake up with a dry mouth. It got so bad at one time I slept on my side with my thumb under my chin pushing my mouth closed - being on medication that can cause a dry mouth doesn't help...

Do you snore a lot? Do you have daytime tiredness? Have you ever fallen asleep while driving?

I suffer from a very dry mouth which can wake me several times a night. No problems during the day.
The only effective remedy I've found is a type of artificial saliva http://www.mouthulcers.co.uk/xylimelts-for-dry-mou... They dissolve very, very slowly - sometimes find remnants of one still stuck to a molar as late as 5.00am. Pity they're so expensive.

I keep a pack of Soothers by the bed for those nocturnal dry mouth moments. I invariably fall asleep with one in my mouth but haven't choked on it - yet...
