Small office phone setup VoIP
Discussion
First of all I know know bugger all about modern phone setups so please bear that in mind
We're a small taxi company who up until now have managed fine with we pocket landline but we're looking to grow a fair bit this year and now have a decent sized office to setup
Ideally we want something sip based able to be expanded easily but able to handle 3/4 calls concurrently at the moment, we also need something that can output RNS??? To interface with our dispatch system and something that can divert calls to mobile or a mobile app when we are out the office
Any suggestions for a system or supplier

You may find a simple 'Inbound' call service meets your needs. You can set the routing rules. For example, when your number rings it is routed to your office phone first, if that is busy (on another call), you can set it to fall over / re-divert to another number - such as a mobile.
A cheap and simple solution that worth checking to see if it meets your needs.
