Why are Scottish people so angry?

Are you sure they don't just sound angry?
I've lived in Scotland since 2004 and love them, down to earth, great sense of humour with no more A holes than anywhere else. However the woman who runs my local cafe can make "Do youse want a latte ?" sound like a threat
I’d say it’s this, just the accent or tone of voice with it.I've lived in Scotland since 2004 and love them, down to earth, great sense of humour with no more A holes than anywhere else. However the woman who runs my local cafe can make "Do youse want a latte ?" sound like a threat
I’ve holidayed in Scotland (beautiful country), have friends and work with Scottish people.
They’re great, always found them friendly.
