f30 320d lci chiptune need some advice

Im able to buy a f30 320d from a friend with 31k km's on it, the car has a tune to 240hp and 530nm and its a manual gearbox.
My question is is that to much hp and torque for this car? i know when u tune it it could be a bit less reliable.
Like the clutch and other stuff can they handle that long enough?
He takes really good care for his car (he is going to buy a 340i) the reason why he want to sell his car
I dont have that big knowledge of cars i mean in this sort of stuff like this.
