M60 average speed cameras

has anyone else noticed that since the smart motorway LED signs have been activated many cars seem to be going 60+ around the M60? are they not aware that the average speed cameras are still in use? this morning I counted 6 cars (all happened to be women driving them) flying past me! manchester council are set to make some serious money from this as IIRC it's not going to be until summer that the smart motorway is live and the average cameras go inactive.
