Does anyone know the preocedure for speeding offences once you have admitted responsibility and returned the notice of intended prosecution?

The offence was 20% above the speed limit but not over 100 mph?

Thanks

Assuming it was a 70mph

95mph or less = 3 points and £60 fine.

96mph+ = appearance.

Alpha female - in a nut shell:

Flash.

SCP get vehicle details from DVLA and send NOIP and S 172 Form(name driver) to Reg Keeper.

172 filled in naming driver and returned within 28 days.

SCP then either send Conditional Offer to named driver for 3 points and 60 notes if speed is over 77 and under 96 mph for a 70 limit and less than 9 points in 3 years on D Licence. Otherwise summons will be served for Court appearance resulting in possible heavier fine, more points and possible ban.

Monies for Cond offer and DL taken/ sent to Mags Clerks Office after which DL will be returned duly endorsed with those points. Matter over - no Court case.
