Good takeaway in London (Hyde Park/Westminster)
Discussion
I'm in London on a course for a couple of nights and don't fancy sitting in a restaurant on my own, just not my thing
Outside of the course I'm moving between Hyde Park and Westminster and wherever I end up roaming to kill a few hours.
Any recommendations for somewhere to go for takeout "fast food" that's a bit different so I don't end up in McDonalds?
I don't live in the country side but around here takeaway is the usual chippy, Chinese or Indian so might as well try something different

I'm no expert in this, but I think companies like Deliveroo will get takeaway food from a wide variety of restaurants - even those that you wouldn't normally consider to be a takeaway.
If you don't fancy that, and the definition of Hyde Park extends all the way to the north-east corner of Hyde Park, then Patty and Bun on James St (just after Selfridges) do take-away, and their burgers are absolutely top notch. Also - it's the type of place you could happily sit and eat in on your own.
