Good, reliable, handyman needed - ANYONE ??

I am in the process of trying to get the kitchen and bathroom sorted out and the guy I have used for years is being completely unreliable and it is effecting the tenants (my mortgage). The bigger picture is that there are 5 properties that often need things doing so i need someone reliable, cost effective and honest to maintain the properties (from a handyman perspective) Based in South West London, anyone here fit the bill or know anyone who would.

my plumber Ian has helped me do up bathroom (new thermostatic power shower). he works with a plasterer & tiler so can do a fair few jobs to a pretty high standard...just mail me if you want to contact him.
