Pretty sure this is not legal as its not hitched to a vehicle?

One of those little trailers you get in Halfords has been parked full of rubble (with a flat tyre and damaged wheel) on one of the only straight stretches of road around here. From its placement it prevents parking and I'm guessing it belongs to the house its outside. Been there a few weeks now.

Legal or not legal?

Interesting question.
I expect as long as it has a numberplate linking it to a legal vehicle and the trailer itself is legal then it is probably OK to park it there. As such I would think the flat tyre would need sorting as otherwise it is effectively a 'skip' and other expectations may well apply.

Can you drag it up onto the verge? I would do that.

I'd have thought burning it is the only answer.

Maybe it's there because it got a flat and damaged wheel and it was the only place it could be left and the owner is sourcing another trailer to shift the contents as jacking a full trailer is a bit unsafe, assuming it's a 2 wheeled one?

If the owner wants a new trailer, then he won't miss the existing one when some yoof turns into a bonfire.

Today cars parked wither side of it, in fact one literally on top of it. AskMid says the plate on it is a land rover, none of those around here so I'm guessing its a genuine "trailer failure". 3 weeks now but nothing to do with me anyway. Just curious on the legality.
