Buying advice - maintenance schedule 997.2 Turbo

Hello, I'm new to the Porsche scene and will be buying my first this year. Having test driven and read multiple discussions on here I've narrowed it down to a 997.2 Turbo, probably a 10 or 11 plate with ideally no more than 40K on the clock.

I am after advice please in the area of servicing, specifically what the service schedule is that should have been performed to date? Also what is in the service schedule in the next 2/3 years or 20k / 30k miles?

I'm in no major rush to part with what is a large sum of money so it has to be the right vehicle, and for me (like all I expect), maintenance is a critical aspect of my buying decision.
