GT6/Dolomite rear brake self adjusters

Hey Guys!
I'm normally on the TVR site...My friend is restoring a 1974 GT6, and the rear adjusters are self adjusting, as opposed to the manual ones found on earlier models...They're also fitted to the Dolomite range as well

Any ideas?

What's the actual question? How to fit them, are they not working, is he trying to find some...?
