TomTom Bandit...any good?

Looking for an "action" video camera and have come across the TomTom Bandit. Looks pretty good...but should I be going for a GoPro instead?

Intended use will be:

Skiing
Sailing
Mountain biking
Track days

Any feedback much appreciated!
