Hi,

Just been out taking some photos of the car and sunset, I was rushing before the sunset and forgot to turn the flash off.

The best photo now has a flash reflection in the paint work. Any one got any tips on how to remove this in Photoshop?

I have tried cloning from other areas but dosen't look quite right, is there a magic 'remove that flash reflection' tool

Thanks
Simon

"lassoo" the unwanted area...set 'Feather Selection' to about 25.(Experiment if it doesn't look right) Press Command-H to hide the 'Marching Ants', then Command-L to bring up levels. Drag the right hand slider to darken the selected area. Press OK, then Command-H again. Press Command-D to deselect and that, as they say, is a pint of Stella you owe me.

Martin.

I would, but I've got no where to host it...
Last time I put it on my BT web space it started complaining about bandwidth being exceeded.

Looking to upgrade...

Just had a brain wave!

I have put the pic in my profile.
Would have liked to show a before and after though.

The flash was on the rear quarter.

Can recommend fotopic.net - 250MB free photo storage space, and no issues linking...

that sounds like a very good deal.

I was thinking more along the lines of creating my own web site and having it hosted, just fired a mail of to rico.

Cheers

I have to say I'm gobsmacked that has worked - good on you both, finished pic looks good!
