I think they are excellent watches for their price. The ETA movement inside is robust and I timed mine to +/-10 second per day and this was consistent in all positions.
The lume is good and the winding and setting on the crown was butter smooth, as were the threads on the screw in crown.
The bezel is solid. Not as easy to grip as a Rolex or Omega but it 'clicks' solidly into place and is plumb in alignment. There is a tiny bit of play but nothing that make the alignment look off to me.
I like the colour matched date window and the fact that it has drilled lugs so strap changing would be easy. The rubber strap is quality but you may find it a bit thick (it smells realy nice though, like vanilla!).
There are many reviews on the web and all seem to come to the same conclusion. It is not trying to be a Rolex copy, it has its own identity and is a quality item if you don't want COSC accuracy.

Nice watches but I don't think I'd be paying £450 for something I could buy new for £525! (or possibly less after haggling).
Glycine produce some fantastic pieces - I'd highly recommend one!

My Glycine retailed for £2000 and I bought it second hand in 'as new' condition for £600! As such, a second hand Glycine that retails for £525 is probably worth around the £300 mark, depending on condition. That said, I wouldn't sell mine, and if I did, I'd probably want double what I paid ...
Not many of them around and a 'fairly' desirable Glycine model;
