Aged 91 and died in his restaurant, hopefully having a good day enjoying what he did best.

Sad but he leaves a legacy that will live on for a long, long, long time.

Sad news indeed, but as you say quite a legacy.

I'm sure I read somewhere he was the inspiration for Gousto in Ratatouille (high culture, I know...).
