Hi Nick.
I replaced mine a few months ago with the aid of the notes and pics on the 'S' Site,so I am sure I have it at home around somewhere already printed out if you can't unload it afresh.
It is best to have the guide if possible as although there are only 3 bits in the set,they are a bugger to get into each other and if one is the wrong way round,it won't be easy to get apart again!
They are fitted on the site in the exact opposite manner to the one I took out of the car so I was uncomfortable and kept checking the print to make sure I was doing it correctly...I hope the guy who posted the help got it right!
Mine seems to be ok having followed his instructions.
