Monitoring broadband connection

[jon h]

I am having a bit of a problem with broadband connectivity at out 2 offices. It is a bit less reliable than I would like! Can anyone suggest a good application I can use to monitor the connection, so I know there is a problem before a torrent of phone calls. Freeware would be good!

TIA
