What's going on with these dissolved and active companies??

I'm tempted to think something dodgy especially as ABE is active but ABE Nigeria dissolved.

I mean, I'm tempted to think that half the companies in that office block might be better off calling themselves "Fenix" etc.

probably just an accountant at that address, who lets his clients use that address as their Registered Office? Hundreds of companies at my accountant's postcode.

Nah. More to it than that. Many of the companies have the same owners regardless of being dissolved or active.

Considering all the companies seem to be connected I’d suggest there’s some phoenixing going on and maybe some company structures tax efficiency, different marketing of similar services and/or transferral of employees?

It's a big tower block so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that there may be many companies operating from there from different floors.

Most of the companies, dissolved or otherwise, seem to be linked to Flight Centre UK who are a travel agency. It looks like this is their head office and so the other companies also registered to floor 6 are either sub brands or subsidiaries of the parent company.

Of the 14 listed as dissolved, half of them are related to Flight Centre UK so nothing particularly out of the ordinary for a company of that size.

Well, it's just an example of some office blocks I've found. Was going to pitch for business but wanted to understand what was going on first.
