So what new releases have fellow PH strummers been eyeing up?

I've recently wanted an Ibanez RG with a hardtail, and noticed Ibanez are conviently releasing the RGRT421. Flat Walnut, neck-through construction, hardtail bridge and a bloody decent price. Keep an eye out in the "show us your guitars" thread for that one! biggrin

Fender's new pedal selection looks interesting, too. I like the Pugilist distortion - 2 channels, bass boost and a blend option.

I wouldn't have thought that NAMM would be much interest to the general PHer, the grandfather companies turn up with the same thing every year - or they try something different, but still very conservative like the Fender Dimension bass and their market hates it because it's different and it's a disaster. Gibson didn't even bother going to NAMM this year, though their financial difficulties may have played into that.

Was hoping that Kemper might have had something new, but no.

The new Korg Prologue has my attention, and that weird modular FX pedal is definitely a maybe: http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2018/01/22/empre...

I've just flogged a lot of neglected stuff from The Rack of Shame to raise some cash.
