CLK 63 Black remapp

Just purchased a clk 63 black that has had a stage 2 remap, and was wanting to re set it back to standard, is this possible and if so any recommendations who could do it

What is the reason for wanting to remove the map?

I just think they are better as they left the factory, once did a remap on a lancia integrale and the engine blew after 1,000 miles so don't want to take any chances

Because you could probably find somewhere near you in, Er, Twinsburg Ohio to remove the map right??
