Having hugely enjoyed having a Chimera for a bit again ( a scratch to itch) i put her up for sale rather speculatively given the time of year, and a lovely German chap has purchased my blue 400 which ships out on Monday. I suspect the strength of the Euro makes this a more attractive propisition, and I sold it for a very sensible price. My limited opportunity to drive the car as most of my driving is ferrying my twins around, meant I was not really making the most of it. Nothing else I have driven has got such a positive reaction from people and I’ll miss the V8 throb,. However, will be getting a very different V8 in a Porsche Panamera which I can use more frequently and are now bit of a bargain compared to new price.
