Odd bloke at the train station

On with the story Mrs just got back from the station, slightly panicking about what just happened.
Her car was parked in train station car park again today about 6 times in 2 weeks very rarely does it go there usually.
She parked nose towards a wall over hanging with branches. Tonight as she approached were the car was parked (only car nearby) there was a van parked next to it rear end to the wall fully into the branches etc so the drivers door was to drivers door it was so close you couldn't get in or out. A guy appears from nowhere she says but from around the side of her car wearing beany hat and dark clothes and asks if it's her car. He then gets in and moves it but not to another spot even though the car park is really quit empty he just pulls out so she can open the door.
Spidey senses are tingling but what do you think?

Make a note of the time etc, I would hope CCTV is functioning there, if in any kind of doubt report it to the Police or the transport Police as a suspicious character - you never know he might have been spotted earlier or even conected to something as yet unreported. He could be totally innocent, but to be honest how many of us spend our time dressed in dark clothes wandering around car parks?.

My machinist and his mates abuse old Discos in the local clay pit of a weekend. His mate’s truck didn’t make it there on Sunday so they ditched it right at the back of a Tesco car park en route and carried on.People seem to like parking next to another car even if the car park is more or less empty. They came back in the evening (hours after the Tesco had shut) to fix it or tow it home to find that there was only one other car in the whole car park... inches away from the drivers door!

Yes but the carpark was empty almost and he was around the front of our car near the wall. Like I said he had to get in the passenger side of his van to move it.It wasn't exactly normal behaviour from him tho

How did he move her car? Did she hand him the keys? 
Presumably there were a couple of dogs tied up next to the van?

I thought this will be a story about one of those car park flashers, who like to expose themselves sitting and stroking their beasts and record their "victims" at the same time. Their videos pop up every now and then in my youporn recommended feed.
