Changing verticals

I want to crop the chap out of this picture and change the perspective so thar there ate no converging verticals. Any PS gurus out there know how to do this.

Quickly done but:
Copied the background as a new level, then using this level:
Edit/transform/perspective
As for the guy - clone tool.
