I test drove the car, lovely car.

Car was on sale at around 33k and was a little over my budget or I would have bought it.

Not too sure about smoked windows, a little too "gangsta" for my liking. Apart from that she was lovely.

I have put a deposit down,
Not changed my mind or anything like that,
though i now now what to ask and what to lookout for , thanks guys, (er,, and girls if any girls have cerbs)
Had to get my trade in out of storage, then clean it properly.
Unfortunatly tommorrow I have to attend the funeral of a fallen friend.
so this weekend down to dealer sit down with service history, (the RR's, as last time all I was shown was the last MOT and the owners hand book), yeah I know the TVR centre have a computer file , then to thrash out a deal,
from talking to the guy who they are selling it for, I know the tvr centre have replaced the front disks (warped), should the new ones not be cross drilled?
The slave cylinder and clutch.
Oh yeah then monday hospital, screws to come out of foot and ankle. (some prat rode a motor bike into the back of me).
Then, probably if all is well, the cerb will be mine.
I did have reservations regarding the colour (inside)
but have deceided that the car is so in your face anyway well f'[f it.
Oi nervous how do you know about the mullect stlye cock hair.....?

Bloody hell, you going through the wars aren't you!

Them there screws in your ankle...don't restrict your acceleration do they? That would be an absolute blob especially with the long pedal travel.

No, It can hurt a bit, but you just got to grin and bear it, or is that cebear it I quess.
Mate when you spent the last summer in hospital, and the following six monthes on cruthes, a bit of pain well, it is nothing in comparison. Thanks for the concern by the way.
The pedal is a bit stiff fealing anyway, the whole car is pretty hairy is it not, that is i am sure why we love em.

maybe time to use the bike for track action only the roads are a f][=-ng joke these days,I drove down to my brothers place in Brighton and was stunned with the state of driving, Mobiles glued to ears, Knobs in middle lane/outside lane oblivious to ,well everything realy.
Anyway only blue skies ahead
Nick.

dont be ashamed of the interior Nickccc, the interior needs to live upto the superb styling of the cerb.

if your gonna get one go the full hog, I have full purple leather interior and would not change it for the world !!

enjoy

Nick, my sympathies chap, my sister went through the same after an accident, and was told she wouldn't walk again. Three years and 8 operations later, she's back rock climbing and leading expeditions..... but then she is a bit of a nutter!

The RR sounds lovely, and I agree with you - it's such a mad car, who the hell cares what colour it is. (Unless it's yellow in which case you're an unhealthy sheep - and they're sooo slooow too! )

It's clearly something you deserve, so get the next few days behind you, and go and seek that TVR grin!

Enjoy.

The deal is done, though the trade in for the chimera was not what i was expecting, I quess I will sell it privatly.Seems there are too many about.
Once they have sorted it (service ect) I will be picking it up,
As for deserving it, well as I said before You are a long time dead. so I intend to enjoy the car I want.
Seriouly if I saw the cerb outside a bar, I would expect batman to be in there, these cars are the ultimate as far as I am concerned.
