Been cooking from his book for the past few weeks, some really good stuff.

Big fan of the tortilla pizza's & Doner Kebab......

The Cauliflower stuffed peppers however....

I love TK's cooking, but can't help wonder if he's created this market for himself by encouraging us into hideously unhealthy cooking for the last few years - I mean for Christ's sake I seem to recall him rolling a turkey crown in pork scratchings for a bit of extra flavour. Proper lush I'm sure but a bit excessive!!
