You know there are already speed camera databases available online? Why bother duplicating the effort, just go and download one.... or use Waze.

And what kind of person relies on a non-official database of whether or not a camera is live when deciding if they should sail past it at 100mph?

Not wanting to go all mumsnet but anyone deciding to sail anywhere in the UK at 100mph deserves the fine.

We have track days for those speeds.

Not that I agree 100% with all limits but they are exactly that, a limit. You exceed it, you take your chances.

Speeding Nazi has a better ring to it smile

Plenty of fun can be had inside the speed limit.

If you are driving at 100mph and fail to see a big yellow camera then what are you concentrating on?

Quite simple really...

Presume the HADECS 3 are always active irrespective of VSL or no VSL. Worth just cruising on many of the "Smart" motorways and relax - cruise on sitting at late 60's and let someone else worry about whether or not they are active.

Additionally watch out as many HADECS 3 cameras can now capture Red "X" closed lane drivers
