Anyone got experience of 330e

I'm swapping my company car shortly (currently a 420d M Sport) and looking at the alternatives.

Due to the BIK rules a 330e is probably the only sensible choice - I'm tempted by the M Sport Shadow Edition - but does anyone have experience of what the 330e is like to live with?
