ETB speedo repair

Hello, speedo is duff. I have spoken to ETB and they have said they are low on spares and may not be able to recondition it. Is there anybody else, or an alternative speedo? I am currently using a gps one, which works well, how ard would it be to cobble the two together to make the tvr one work with the gps internals??

There's 2 on ebay at the moment. Both with cream (magnolia?) dials. One is the analogue display type at an excessive (IMHO) £195 inc postage. The other has the digital mileage display and is £85 plus offers:

Yeah I asked them about converting the one in the 430 to kmh they suggested buying a new one ............................. of course as it's an early car they have the early type speedo but having a non matching one didn't seem to bother them but it does me. Basically they were not much help.

Black bezel and black dial is what I am looking for, digital readout too. I will Sen dry one off to see if reconditionable, if not will attempt a merging of the two! How hard can it be?
