some good gear there didnt realise SH was now doing this gear, although that dissinctively looks like a bicycle pump attached to the swirl pot but can guess how it works.

Nice one Steve, will put link on the Griffithpages

Looking on the SH Pub WWW site, it's suggested that you can see a tyre pump. The gizmo is just the plug with a valve on it.

I do like the look of the magnetic sump plug. Now, how to change sump plugs without dumping all the oil???

Yes you need a tyre pump to use the CoolTester. The gizmo or widget as we techie people like to say is the adapter that screws into the tank. Many garages use a similar item to test the cooling system but they cost around £170+ a set which makes them very hard to justify - hence the design I came up with. I found four leaks in about 10 minutes with it that I had been chasing for months because they only appeared under pressure. Several owners/mechanics saw it and thought it was a great idea so I put into production.

As for the sump plug... quickly is the optimum word! Either that or wait to the next oil change or give the car a treat and give it an extra oil change as well. There really isn't an easy way to do it. I've been running these for some time as well.

Don't think so...
The Wedge versions are the first to come through. Got a set of hubs on my desk as we speak. Just awaiting a set of wheel studs before fitting to the 520.

The Griff/Chimaera/ S series versions are in the pipeline.

Would the hubs for Chim/Griffs be 4 stud or 5 stud?

The latter could be a good option for people wanting to change to spider alloys or Cerb/Tuscan cast-offs?

4 stud only. They are also for the front only so even if 5 studs were possible, doesn't address the problem with the rears.

Main advantages apart from bling value is dramtaically reducing unsprung weight which helps with handling and power to weight.

Although the bling value is somewhat reduced when you stick the wheels back on - otherwise I'd have a set

So you take the car to Toxteth and hey presto, the locals will have the car on bricks and you'll be able to see all that bling...
