under bonnet cable sleeving
Discussion
so now that my start woes are over, for now, it's nice to focus on a simple mod.
whilst checking wires etc. I ripped out the old black plastic cable sleeving and thought I'd try and use modern materials to tidy the cables up.
Can anyone recommend this or another product?

This is a nice simple solution as long as you make sure that any ends of the sleeving don't start cutting into the cables sleeving, tape the wiring before sleevingThere are no alternatives unless you are prepaired to remove large plugs/mouldings so as to be able to cover cables with unsplit sleeving, it is not possible to get one piece unsplit sleeving over large mouldings
The split sleeving will go brittle over time but is easily replaced
