The Topcliffe TVR charity track day raised £2980 for the hearing dogs charity

That buys us a dog and the 4 months training that is needed.

Weve been invited to name the dog.

Any relevant suggestions? Try and make it something youd feel comfortable shouting after it in the street!

To make sure that you get your money's worth on the training you could call it 'Sit'.

Time I went to bed....

Well, if it was a 2-headed dog you could always call it Cerberus. Or how about Hades.... ;-)

I guess it depends on the dog. I mean you wouldn't call a poodle 'Satan', or a Doberweiler 'Poochie' would you. Or would you? ;-D
A popular name up here on Teesside for both dogs and kids is 'Gerrear', judging by the frequency with which people yell it in the street....

Sam was Peters dog when he first took over TVR and he lived till he was about 15 I think, then a few years after he died he got Ned.

Two dogs meet in a park:

Dog One: Hi, my name's Fido - what's yours?
Dog Two: Don't know, but I think it's 'Downboy'

CROFT(Y) - without the track, there'd be no fundraising.

CERBIE - it was a dog with advanced guarding properties and more than one set of ears.

TIV - obvious reference.

Can't think of any more.
