Vw mk5 1.9tdi running problems

Hi new to this and dont no if this quistion has already been asked. Well my golf tdi 1.9 bkc will not rev above 3k revs when driving but if I press the clutch it will revv round to red line its as if the turbo is shutting of. There's no codes on vcds. I've changed the maf sensor 3 times, the boost sensor twice, new fuel filter, checked all boost pipes and vacuum lines, changed air filter, checked cam lobes and lifters. It's as if it's starving of fuel at higher revs when under load. When I start the car from cold it won't rev above 2k any help would be appreciated thanks
