Saaby if your heading up from Exeter to the South East take the a30 303-m3

It is chock ablock here I live just down the M5 If your going North the best way at the moment would be to take the road to Hontion follow shepton Mallet then onto Bristol . You could take that route going South the oppisite way Its a bit of a trek but could save you hours in traffic

Looking how the A30/A303 traffic is at the moment, you might want to consider the A35!
