I didnt know they were making a tv series from the film and only found it through luck. First 2 episodes up and some great LOL moments.

Found the film totally by accident last year and really enjoyed

The series looks good too - it’s pretty ropey but that’s half the charm

Yup. Just watched the tuna one. Grim but funny and warming in equal measures!

I never watched Shameless, but guess it pressed the same buttons....

Just some of the funniest TV in many a year. Isn't there a "Billy" on every estate? We certainly had one on ours when we were growing up, wish we had thought of "Fake Billy".

Episode with the Fridge, and the Duck! Hilarious, but also remarkably real.

Young Offenders along with This Country and People Just Do Nothing has been some of the best mockumentary comedy for a good few years.

Loved the film and the series. Some of the best comedy I've seen on telly for a long time. Having spent some time in that area of Ireland the language and the attitude are spot on!

Absolutely love this show. It's actually quite poignant at times - some episodes almost had me in tears!

Great stuff. One of my favourite series ever.

I saw the film on a plane, and it managed to entertain me and charm me. Like others have said, the TV series was under the radar, but so glad I chanced upon it.

Maybe I'd be a bad parent, cos it's rude, but I think every teen boy would find it funny, but also learn a bit about life from it.
