For the second time in a few months, I'm sure I saw one of the original factory demonstrators, W998AFR(?) in Whiteley this evening.

Am I losing the plot??

I was stood by my Cerbera in the Solent Hotel car park as you left. Your car sounded great and looked lovely considering the treatment the press must have given that car!

Yep thats the one, owned by Martin Scrimes,PH handle "Swordfish" (no surprise there ) he`s not been on here or to any meets for a while, the car was more or less rebuilt before it was sold on by the factory, he bought it the same week i bought mine, just over two years ago

I think Martin got fed up with our "John Travolta" tag every time he came to a meet.

saw him with the roof off around hedge end a few months ago but he hasnt been to a meet in at least a year.

They're probably conditioned into thinking there'll be a scamera every 27 feet.......

Nothing personal guys. Just found the meets started to clash with other things. Anyway, still have the car, still my daily drive and still brings a grin to my face everytime the oil temp's safely above 60 degrees!

Still lurk on boards very occasionally, but life's gotten busy of late..

cya around though!
