Broadband providers - Any to avoid

Currently on BT and looking to switch. Any providers to avoid when it comes to quality and continuity of service for gaming?

I use sky and have no problems

Unless you're on cable then you're stuck with openreach infrastructure anyway so you're screwed by BT whatever
