I've got a hankering for an orange or yellow faced diver style watch - rotating bezel, rubber strap, you know the sort of thing.

I'm thinking Seiko and hopefully £200 or less. Anything else I should be looking at?

Are you specifically looking for an automatic?

I would also suggest an Orient like this as they have a diver that has a bright orange dial, albeit that one has a bracelet.

Can't go wrong with an Seiko SKX though in my opinion.

No, doesn't have to be. Quite happy with quartz for this.

This is probably current favourite (is an auto, but not for that reason).

Also like this, but it's more than twice the price and I'm not sure why...

That looks to be a lot of watch for the money! 47mm probably a little oversized for me, but I like it.

A few years ago, each and every denizen of the Watches forum had an Orange Monster - can you still get those?

I got this

Sadly the price has gone berserk, I only paid £132

I've got a woody one, With woody dial & woody mid section to bracelet, It doesn't wear big and I've always considered the bracelet rattles (like an old rolex) due to the wood inserts ... Not bad for £200 thumbup

See I don't get how that quartz is over £400 yet this auto (same make) is under £200?

Opportunist sellers maybe, it was £132 - it is a good watch though, it may be quartz but being solar it's sealed, no servicing, no replacing batteries kinda makes it a hard to top beater watch, I've had mine since 2014, the only bad thing I found about it was it ate seiko rubber straps, I got round that by putting on a super oyster bracelet.

Not strictly yellow but a sort of yellow/green. Citizen NY0040-09W with the full luminous dial. I sold mine on recently and they are now discontinued and prices have gone silly. Nice watch if you can find one.

Did the OP specify if Auto or quartz was required? I'd avoid autos like the plague due to the ste timekeeping and servicing requirements. (I'll get my tin helmet)

I really don't mind.
